The IKOM Award is an award by the Technical University of Munich, which is presented after evaluating of the following criteria: value orientation and sustainability, commitment to Germany as a business location, entrepreneurial continuity as well as good entry and development opportunities for career starters. We were in the category “Companies with less than 250 employees” and are very pleased about it.

TOP JOB: three times in a row: top employer and training company
We first received the TOP JOB seal as a special employer award in 2018. Proof of us constantly developing was the second TOP JOB award in 2020, in which our company achieved silver and was named Germany's second best employer in our size category. In 2022, we received the seal for the third time in a row. We were also named TOP JOB training company and are now one of the 10 best companies in Germany with first-class training quality.
