Warranty conditionsThe warranty conditions of our products are as follows:
- We eliminate in accordance with the following conditions damage to the device resulting from a material and/or manufacturing error at no cost, if you inform us of same immediately upon detection and within 24 months after delivery to the first buyers.
- A warranty obligation is not applicable if slight deviations from the required conditions are apparent, that are insignificant to the value and usability of the device, or due to damage resulting from chemical and electrochemical effects of water, as well as abnormal environmental conditions (e.g. lightening) or irrelevant operating conditions or if the device has come into contact with unsuitable materials. A warranty is also not applicable, if the damage to the device is caused by transport for which we are not responsible, by incorrect installation and assembly, misuse or non-observance of operating and assembly instructions.
- The warranty claim becomes invalid if repairs or changes are made by unauthorized persons, or if our devices are equipped with spare parts, integral parts or accessories that are not original parts and thus cause a defect.
- Within the scope of the warranty, defective parts will be repaired according to our discretion at no cost or will be replaced by faultless parts.
- The warranty service provided neither extends the existing warranty period, nor does it mark the beginning of a new warranty period. The warranty for installed spare parts terminates with the warranty period for the entire device.
- Further claims, in particular those pertaining to replacement due to damage caused externally are excluded as long as a liability is not strictly prescribed by law.
- Any claim relating to the devices under this warranty, shall be handed over/sent to our production plant. Repair at the site of installation will only be granted in special agreed cases.
